Number of layers and lay-up structure: It is usually made by bonding 23 layers of veneers with equal or unequal thickness using adhesives, with a total thickness fixed at 28±0.5mm. The 3 veneers in the surface layer and bottom layer each adopt a lay-up structure with longitudinal grain, while the 17 veneers in the sandwich layer feature a lay-up structure where adjacent grains are perpendicular to each other. It is mainly used for the bottom boards of standard marine containers, and can also be applied to the floor paving of inland logistics boxes, carriage compartments, and special containers such as housing containers and communication box-type machine rooms.
