Synchronized mdf
Unified Vision and Touch: The textures of traditional veneered panels are mostly flat prints, while the surface patterns of synchronized MDF (such as wood grain rings and knots) perfectly match the depth and direction of the indentations on the substrate surface. When touched, one can feel the concave-convex texture consistent with the visual effect, making its simulation degree much higher than that of ordinary panels.
Coordination between Substrate and Surface: It uses MDF as the substrate (ensuring flatness and processability), and the surface is compounded with a decorative layer (such as melamine-impregnated paper, PVC film, PET film, etc.) through a laminating process. During lamination, a mold is used to press out textures on the MDF surface that are synchronized with the surface patterns.
