Our UV production line is around 100m, which enable to paint 7-10 times UV lacquer on board surface.

Usually we will paint 5 times primer and 2 times top coating

Packaging & Shipping

 

There are two packag way

One is pallet package, other one is loose package

 

1,  Pallet Package:

 

4 sides and top side use thin MDF / plywood to protect, 

bottom side is 18mm board to bearing, 

then use iron packing tape to fix them. Iron packing tape is 19x0.7mm.
 

2, Loose Package

 

Board was loading into container on pc by one pc
