Most normal density is 680kgs/m3. 
If MDF was produced by German machine, 680kgs/m3 is good for nail-holding power.

If you need more good quality, or need to laser cutting, sculpture, could use 720kgs/m3, 760kgs/m3, 800kgs/m3 and more

Different Color:
